Our Story

Made with Purpose

CleverCraftsClub started with a simple belief: every child deserves a consistent, joyful space to make things with their hands — and that space should be rooted in community, not consumption.

Why I Started CleverCraftsClub

Starting CleverCraftsClub felt natural to me, as I have been using various forms of art, music, photography, and crafting for healing myself my entire adult life. As a child, however, directed crafting was very much missing from my early experiences. As someone with a B.Sc, I have also learned to see the world through a scientific lens, observing that the benefits of art have been extensively studied by psychologists. We all instinctively know it: giving our kids focused time to play around with materials is invaluable for their development, no matter their age.

When it comes to problem solving, creative thinking, and even emotional regulation — art has proven to be unparalleled as a path of expressing and creating for our children - and for us. Then why don't we devote more time to it? I want to be the one to start this conversation in the city of London and beyond, and to contribute to the solution, as I watch my own son (who's currently a toddler) already dealing with screens everywhere. Crafting is an alternative way - a more human way - to spend our time, and to create habits that last a lifetime. Join me, and let's vote with our choices about the kind of world we want our children to live in!

What We Stand For

Five values that shape every class, every project, every interaction.

Art as Healing

We believe creativity is medicine. Every class is designed to be a safe, joyful space where kids can express, process, and grow.

Sustainability First

Almost everything we create with is recycled or community-donated. We teach kids that beauty can come from what others throw away.

Community Rooted

We're not a franchise — we're neighbors. Our materials come from the community, and our classes give back to it.

S.T.E.A.M. Thinking

Every project weaves in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math — not as subjects, but as ways of seeing the world.

Every Child Belongs

No experience required. No "talent" required. Every child is a maker. We meet kids exactly where they are.

Our Materials Come From You

We collect, clean, and repurpose materials donated by our community. Every class is a small act of environmental stewardship.
